We
wish to refer to L. Havenga letter of 11-3-2010
. L . Havenga is known to us and her reputation
proceeds her. She is a very bad person,and
be very careful of your dealings with
her.
I
am appalled that she has failed to inform you
that she is the attorney on record not only for
Prof. Weber but also for Dr McDonald, ( Prof.
Weber’s son in law, and for Dr Stein ( Prof.
Weber’s Partner ) for Dr Lautenbach and Prof.
Weber’s daughter, who is an anaesthetist and the
wife of Dr McDonald.
I
am therefore shocked that she is demanding
copies of doctors reports, listing the three
Doctors concerned. The letters and reports we
have obtained from Prof. Weber ( he wrote all
the letters for Dr Stein and Dr McDonald) were
not only in bad English but were factually
incorrect, in some cases in the wrong tense,
wrong dates and dishonest. No reliance can be
placed on any of the reports written by the
three doctors. L.Havenga has copies of all the
letters and has threatened me on all of them.

Havenga also forgot
to
inform you that she has a number of times
threatened me with Court Orders when we have
pointed out Prof. Weber’s dishonesty contained
in his letters and reports and requested
clarification. L. Havenga has informed Prof
Weber not to respond to any of my questions or
give me the correct facts. She has held up my
Medical Progress.

Havenga also forgot
to inform you that the Dr. F. Potgieter listed
on Prof. Weber’s account as his assistant (
which Prof Weber sent to my Medical Aid) has
stated that he did not attend the first
operation or assist Dr Weber at all and had
never met me! ( 16 Dr Weber’s Bill )

Havenga also forgot
to inform you that I am not listed as the
patient on the account submitted to the Medical
Aid. It lists a Mr C.J. van den Heever as the
patient. ( 16 Dr Weber’s Bill ) Prof. Weber’s
records are a complete shambles.

Havenga also forgot
to inform you that she is the attorney on record
of Dr . M.L. Roberts, the anaesthetist who
allegedly assisted Dr McDonald ( Dr Weber’s son
in law ) at the second operation. ( Copy of her
letter attached )

Havenga also forgot
to
inform you that she, as the attorney on record,
arranged for a summons to be issued against me
by Dr M.L. Roberts, using a friend of hers a
Gerrie Basson, of Randburg. A summons was
issued, although the account had been paid and
on time a year before and tremendous costs were
incurred. They used a false address for the
Attorney and Dr. M.L.Roberts. The matter is
before the HPCSA and we hope to have her before
the Board next month. ( see Letter HPCSA ) ( an
Electronic Copy of the Affidavit is attached )
On
the advice of the Chief Magistrate of Randburg,
a Criminal case was opened against Dr. M. L.
Roberts and her attorney on record and it is
also before the Law Society.
We
have been informed that Prof. Weber’s daughter
assisted her husband Dr McDonald and not Dr
M.L.Roberts and L. Havenga is aware of this. Dr
Mc Donald is in fact not qualified in Infections
and should not have done operation no 2.

Havenga also forgot
to
inform you that Dr McDonald, is listed on the
HPCSA web site and paid an admission of Guilt
fine of R 10,000-00. Once again she has
threatened me and wrote me a letter dated 11
February 2009. This matter has been handed over
to the CEO of the HPCSA Adv. T . Boikano by me
and is subject to a separate investigation by
the HPCSA. ( See HPCSA copy of the Guilty
verdict contained on their Web site ) Legal
Action is being taken against her for trying to
bring the HPCSA into disrepute for suggesting
that they are publishing false information.
A
copy of Prof. Weber’s letter has also been sent
to the HPCSA.

Havenga also forgot
to
inform you that Prof. Weber is under
investigation for running his own prosthesis
company and we are attaching copies of that
report as well. ( FW: Re: Dr Frans Andries
Weber owns the Prosthesis company ) HPCSA say it
is unethical and are taking action.

Havenga also forgot
to
inform you that a further Investigation is under
way concerning the removal of body parts,
prosthesis etc, re processing them and selling
them. It is at an advanced stage of
investigation. My hip replacement may have been
second hand. ( Violation of the Human Tissues
Act and SAPS are following it up )

Havenga also forgot
to
inform you that she advised Prof. Weber and
Sandton Clinic not to hand over critical
information and paperwork covering the
Prosthesis that was fitted to me. They cannot or
will not produce the paper work on it.

Havenga also forgot
to
inform you that she has advised Sandton Clinic
not to hand over the Infection Control reports
which are vital to our investigation.

Havenga also forgot
to
inform you that she and her assistant M.Naude
are also the attorneys on record for Dr C.
Piccolo of the Sunninghill Hospital. My wife was
admitted to the Sunninghill Hospital after a
fall at a SPAR.

Havenga has stated that Dr Piccolo had used a
locum. The locum attorneys have stated that this
was not the case. The result is that she has a
fracture in the lower lumber region T 11.
L.
Havenga and Dr Piccolo have misrepresented the
facts on every occasion. Sunninghill have been
advised by her not to give us the Hospital
Records.
She
has been in pain for months. We have had the
threatening Havenga / Naude letter which is
attached.
We
believe that the Prof. Weber / L. Havenga attack
on me is as a result of diccovering the
Prosthesis Company.
Please do not pay the R 590-92 for nonsense
photocopies, as I am sending you the Documents
electronically, which L. Havenga could have done
as well and saved the environment. Some of the
pages she has repeated up to nine times. !
