Forensic Engineers expose Top Paedophile Robert Laubscher employed attorneys Strauss Daly

Paedophile and Child abuser Robert Laubscher of Strauss Daly has been exposed by a Forensic Audit of his hard drive.

He was exposed after he attempted for the second time to hack into the Computer systems of the Professional Engineers. Robert Laubscher hacked into the Computer e mail system on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 3:43:55 PM EMAIL address: Robert@roblaw.co.za via UTC IP Address: 108.123.79.117 Location: Chicago, IL, USA  The sign-in attempt was prevented in this case. The Domain was registered to Robert Loubscher Prokureurs on the 29^th April 2008. 

A protocol was set up to trap him if he attempted it again. On his second attempt his firewall was penetrated, and his Hard drive cloned.

His cloned hard drive upon investigation  revealed major criminal Activity, including pay off to the South African Police, by Motor Companies including Mercedes Benz. It also revealed pay off to Magistrates, Court Officials, and Prosecutors. 

It also revealed his involvement in a major Paedophile ring, both Locally and International. The hard drive contained more than 10,000 pictures of young Girls and boys Ranging from the age of two upwards.

There was also a large number of young Black Girls, carry out various sexual acts between themselves and old white males. 

This information has been forwarded to various authorities. In the USA and the UK.,

RICKY REGINALD MANNIE employed by Mercedes Benz and Residing at a15 Boeing Drive, Helderkruim Roodepoort Tel No 081 386 6286  is a Top Gauteng Criminal, a Compulsive and  pathological liar

 Definitions given to him by an Medical expert in Open Court.

These are several terms applied by psychiatrists to Mr Mannie:

Mr Ricky Mannie in his written Affidavit and in the Cross examination in open Court indicated his behavior as Pseudologia fantastica, mythomania, compulsive liar, or pathological liar.

It is therefore clear that he is a  habitual or compulsive liar.

We are attaching the Affidavit Against Robert Andre Laubscher for your attention. This sets out the Full Complaint against Robert Andre Laubscher 

He has committed various acts of Fraud  and has Contravened Section 68 of the National Credit Act 34 0f 2005  and various sections of the Consumer Protection Bill 68 of 2008 and in direct violation of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Act 108 0f 1996 and its various amendments.  

Formal Charges have been filed and as soon as we receive the reference numbers we will pass them on to you.

Criminal Charges have also been laid against Lawyer  - Robert Andre Laubscher -  Director Corporate Recovery Strauss Daly Attorneys . As soon as we have the reference numbers we will pass this on to you. 

Because of the serious nature of of the Charges against him, we would ask that he be suspended from practising pending your full investigation.

Contravention of Section 68 of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 and Criminal Prosecution  

Robert Andre Laubscher - Director of Strauss Daly  - Pretoria Jointly and Severally with Mercedes Benz Financial Services deliberately with the intention of Causing embarrassment  to a Client which we believe was racially motivated, attached  confidential and sensitive Information via an open letter, on the letter head of the firm Strauss Daly Attorneys to the main security entrance  gate of the complex situated at  Rivonia, which you were not authorised to do. The said document was stapled to the gate. 

This is in contravention of Section 68 of the National Credit Act 34 0f 2005  and various sections of the Consumer Protection Bill 68 of 2008 and in direct violation of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Act 108 0f 1996 and its various amendments. 

It is Clear that  Robert Andre Laubscher Director Strauss Daly  - Pretoria and Mercedes Benz Financial Services have a no care attitude to the National Credit Act,  Consumer Protection Bill 68 of 2008, and is in direct violation of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa Act 108 0f 1996 and its various amendments. 

A detailed Complaint has been prepared and will be filed with the National Consumer Commissioner ( NCC )  and the National Credit Regulator.( NCR )  This Carries Fines and Penalties of R 5,000,000-00 and or 10% of the turnover of the Organisation.

We will press the regulator to fine both parties the amount of 10% of their turnover

Because of the Serious nature of your actions and the Damages you have caused a formal complaint is being lodged with the National Prosecuting Authority with the view to bringing formal Criminal Charges against Robert Andre Laubscher Director Strauss Daly  - Pretoria Jointly and Severally with Mercedes Benz Financial Services deliberately withMercedes Benz Financial Services Jointly and Severally with Strauss Daly Attorney. 

A Civil Claim or Counter Claim is being prepared against both parties for R 1,000,000-00 plus Additional Punitive Damages.

Criminal Charges laid against Lawyer  - Robert Andre Laubscher -  Director Corporate Recovery Strauss Daly Attorneys and Mercedes Benz Financial Services Pretoria

Criminal Charges have been laid against Attorney Robert Andre Laubscher and Mercedes Benz Financial Services for hiring a professional Hit man a  Mr Ricky Mannie armed with a firearm with instructing to Break in the private residence of the Owner of the home who is not Connected with either Organisation in any way.

At 12:15 a Mr Ricky Mannie ID No D no 621115512082.of Tim Risk management on the Instructions of Mr Robert Andre Laubscher and Mercedes Bens Financial Services armed with a firearm overrode the Perimeter Security System and  broke into the premises of a long standing client of Mercedes Benz.

The Safety  and Security of the Family was jeopardised in the Attack. It is Clear that this Attorney has a no care attitude to the laws of the Land. 

The Hit man tried to escape by reversing at high speed down the driveway and was apprehended at 12:19 in the Driveway. He stated that he was working for Mercedes Benz Financial Services and Strauss Daly.

His Car Revealed that :

He had House Breaking Equipment and tools in the Car.

He was in possession  of Remote Control Devices and Car Jam- locking System devices.

He had an Electronic Scanner in his car for overriding Alarm Systems.

He stated that he worked for Mercedes Benz and on inspection he was carrying an ID no 621115512082.

His Car registration no was TTW 166 GP( Chevrolet )  Licence No 402 404 6VV174 NR

He had confidential Papers in his Car, covering all the family’s private details.  

Because of the Serious nature of their actions and the Damages that have caused, and the risk to the Safty of the Owner of the home,  Criminal Charges have been laid against Mr Robert Andre Laubscher of Strauss Daly Attorneys,  and Mercedes Benz Financial Services  and Mr Rick Mannie.  

Copies of the Documents have been sent to the NPA and the NCR
