One of 12 Nameless Policeman who was not wearing
his police Star and Name Tag, and refused to
Show me his appointment Card. He was later
identified as W/O X Palisa.
On the 23rd October 2012, at 12h22
12 Heavily armed ‘’Policeman’’ led by a white
Rambo Cop W/O Bruce MacIntosh of Sandton Police
pointing a R5 Automatic Weapons demanded entry
into our home in Revonia. They were accompanied
by Mr Rickie Mannie of Tim Risk Management (
Pty ) Ltd and Mr Robert Laubscher of Strass Daly
Inc Attorneys.
They had 5 Police cars and had also blocked the
entrance to the Complex.
They told me that they would break down the door
to the house. They broke down the wall to our
Court Yard.
W/O Bruce McIntosh said that he would teach me a
lesson for trying to Fuck with Mercedes Benz and
he was going to ‘’fuck me up’’ This was
supported by Mr Rickie Mannie of Tim Risk
Management and Mr Robert Laubscher of Strass
Daly, who told the Police to bet me up.
They entered the house and W/O X Palisa (
Picture Above ) was instructed to beat me up,
The nameless Policeman W/O X. Palisa
persistently hit me with his flat hand on the
Right side of my head behind my ear.
W/O Palisa Frog Marched me around the House
holding me by the back of my collar and the seat
of pants and hit me about 30 times. He kept
throwing me against the door frames in the
house.
I warned him a number of times that I had a hip
replacement and that I complications with the
wound and my leg.( I have had 6 operations )
He then in full view of the white Rambo cop,
Dead Legged me about 10 times on the Wound of
my hip replacement, on the instructions of Mr
Mannie and Mr Robert Laubscher.
I Told them that I could feel Blood running down
my leg and he Continued with the Dead Leg
torture
When I complained, the white Rambo Cop W/O Bruce
MacIntosh said’’ he is a cheeky Bastard fuck him
up and put Hand cuffs on him’’.
To the great amusement of them all W/O Palisa
started rubbing his groin on the side of my leg
simulating a sexual act.
I shouted at him to stop acting like pervert and
the Rambo cop said ‘’fuck him up and we are
going to teach him a lesson for trying to fuck
with Mercedes Benz.’’
I was frog Marched down the Driveway and they
refused to allow me to take my walking aid
(walking Stick) telling everybody that I Was a
criminal and that I was being charged with
Murder, Attempted Murder and Pointing a fire
arm.
Because of serious Complications to the wound, I
am having to go back into hospital have the Hip
Prostesis Remove permanilty which is going to
cause major Complicationa.v

Martin Zimmermann CEO of Mercedes Benz to beat
up Top Engineer at his home in Sandton.
Eleven heavily Armed Thugs ( R5 and side arms )
with 5 Police cars, and no ID, held him up with
his wife at gun point and forced them to open
their safes at his home after gaining Illegal
entry to the complex. The police Thugs stole
their Legally licensed firearms together with
the Contents of their Safes valued at R 500,000
– 00 which is fully documented. MacIntosh had a
list of all their firearms and assets, and
raided the house. The following Items were

Instructions of Mercedes Benz
In his Affidavit fabricated and drawn
up by Mr Robert Laubscher of Strauss Daly which
Mr Mannie signed on the 14th
October 2012 at the Honeydew Police Station and
filed in the North Gauteng High Court he says
that I fired a shot at him on the 3rd
October 2012. ( A 5 )
In Mr Mannie's Affidavit which he signed at the Sandton Police Station
on the 20th of October 2012 he says I fired a shot at
him on the 14th September 2012. ( A

In Mr Mannies Affidavit he leads everybody
to think he works for Mercedes Benz, but in the
Affidavit prepared by Mr Robert Laubscher of
Strauss Daly ( Mercedes Benz Attorney ) he
states his Instructions were received from Tims
Risk Management.
In court he stated that he was a free
lance Debt Collector. |

for Mercedes Benz.
This was received after his
Rickey Mannie attack on on the accused on Mercedes Benz /

Upon my arriving at Mr Michaels place I rang
the door bell at the respondents unit .The
respondent answered ( Michael ) answered the
door. I introduced myself to him and stated the
reason am there. Mr Michael stating I was
trespassing, which I denied by stating that I
was standing on the common property at the
complex. Mr Michael then retrieved a handgun
from his pocket cumed the same slightly above
and to the right of my left shoulder and fired
the shot. The respondent then pointed his
handgun straight to me and demanded my driving
licence I handed my licence to him …………
4.0 after taking the photos he took the
firearm back into his pocket and went around
into his house. I reversed my car back and went
out of the complex.
I went back to Mercedes Benz Financial
Services and explained to them what happened.

1.
On Thursday 14th
February
2013, at 11:54 a Lt Pillay from the Sandton
Police Station driving a White Ford Fiesta
Registration No BD 67 ST GP Overloaded with ‘’
Policemen’’ broke into the complex situated at
Cheetah Springs.
2.
They broke the
Electric Motor of the Main gate entry and
threatened a number of the owners of the Complex
including the Complex Gardner.
3.
They proceeded to
unit 7 and I can only believe it was to confirm
the contents of my Affidavit (attached ) about
the false allegations that I had fired a shot at
the Criminal Mr Rickie Mannie on our Property
and through the front door of our unit at number
6.

Alternatively as
they had failed to make an arrangement with me
to discuss my Affidavit, and at the same time as
I was at home during the entire time during the
incident, I can only assume it was a attempt to
plant evidence or create evidence at our unit
number 6 or at unit number 7.

A statement was
given by the Owner of unit 7 followed by a
signed affidavit, confirming that no shots were
fired and that no shots had hit unit 7. The
Policemen also confirmed to the Owners of Unit 7
that no shots were fired.
The Forensic Report on the visit and the
Statement given to Sgt Tercia Nkabindfe and the
signed Affidavit are not in the Case
docket. Mercedes Benz paid the Police officer to
Conceal the information from the Case Docket.

We have carried out a full Inspection of the site on the 5th
Day of February 2013 and report as follows:

Investigatgation Brief:
Owner
of Unit 6 has been accused of firing a
shot at
the Complainant who was at his front
door.
If the owner of
Unit 6 fired a firearm at the Complainants
over his shoulder as stated by the Complainant
in his affidavit, then the round would have hit
the complaint or have ricochet on the bars of
the security gate at no 6 or embedded in the
wall. Garage door, or the wooden door of unit
number 7 which is opposite unit 6 unit.
The Suspect has
major problems with his eyes and would have
never drawn or fired a firearm because of his
limited sight. He will be having eye surgery
shortly.
Unit no 7 is
owned by a lawyer from one of the Top Law firms
in South Africa. He has confirmed to us in an
Affidavit that no shots were fired in the
Complex and No shots hit his unit. ( see
separate Affidavit )
You can see from
the photographs attached that no shots were
fired or hit the unit opposite. Laser Tests have
been conducted from all angles and they confirm
that no shots were fired. There was also no
GUNSHOT RESIDUE (GSR) at the scene or on the
the Suspect.

Conclusion and Findings :
There were no shots fired by the
Accused on the Day in Question, and we could not
find any evidence in the entire Complex of any
shots being fired ever. It is clear from reading
the Conflicting affidavits of the complainant
that he is misrepresenting the facts.

When Ricky Mannie was apprehended at the Front Door

He stated that he worked for Mercedes Benz and on

He had confidential Papers in his Car, covering all
the family’s private details.

Paedophile Robert Robert Laubscher has a
long history of Criminal Activity.
On Tuesday 16th September
2014 at 1.40pm, my wife and I were held up by
two black males in our home in the Complex at 6
Cheetah Springs, Cheetah Crescent, Rivonia.
The one man was carrying a chrome-
plated 38 special and the second man was
carrying a 9mm either an H & K or a Glock.
( I recognised the O.38 Special as the
one that had been stolen by the SAPS when Robert
Laubscher and Reginald Mannie broke into our
house on the 23rd October 2012. )
They tied my wife’s hands and legs
together behind her and covered her with a duvet
and they handcuffed my hands behind my back and
tied my feet together with ties which they
removed from my wardrobe and then covered my
head with blankets.
( The Hand Cuffs used were mine and
had my name on them, from the time I was in the
Police Reserve. They had been stolen from our
house on the 23rd October 2012 by Mr
Mannie and Mr Laubscher )
We were stripped of our watches and
jewellery.
My wife’s white and yellow gold
Longines and my Seiko watch.
My solid gold wedding ring engraved
inside the band: ’Margaret-Michael 29-3-1969’
and my gold signet ring with my Family Crest
engraved on it.
My wife’s diamond engagement and
eternity rings and a solid gold Rose ring.
Our 3 cell phones – A Blackberry, a
Samsung Mini and a Samsung 5.
They ransacked my wife’s bag and
wallet taking cash and her money box and stole
an unknown amount of cash.
They also stole our silver Mappin and
Webb 12 place cutlery set plus a further 12
place setting of Kings Pattern silver cutlery
from our storeroom.
Two drivers from the firm, ‘Seven Seas
Worldwide Couriers’, arrived during the attack
on us and they tied up the driver Arthur ID No
840909 533 0085 and his assistant Looky ID No
841015 5874087 together with us in the main
bedroom
They emptied my wife’s jewellery
drawers into a pillowcase and took my
prescription dark glasses. We keep discovering
missing items.
They had a getaway vehicle brought
into the Complex, which we heard drive in and
due to the fact that they didn’t steal the Seven
Seas’ van.
After it went quiet and we were able
to release ourselves and the drivers using bolt
cutters on the handcuffs, we discovered that
they had also stolen one of the large boxes,
weighing almost 30kgs, which the Couriers had
come to collect
When the driver got into the van to
leave, he discovered that their Garmin had been
stolen from the van plus possible other items.
I recogonise the one Black Male as a
Police man from Sandton Police, and both had
Police Training.
A Motor vehicle was seen in our
Complex registration No BM 40 WK .GP a White
Pajero which is owned by Robert Laubscher of
Strauss Daly .
The Value of the items stolen is in
excess of R 300,000-00.
It was Clear that the 2 individuals
had police training.

Senior
public prosecutor Yusuf Moosa Baba,
charged with fraud and extortion, has
appeared in the Protea Magistrate's
Court, where he was granted R1 000 bail.
A report on the
News24
site says Baba was allegedly in
collusion with another senior public
prosecutor, Andre 'Lampies' Lamprecht.
The report says Lamprecht, a former West
Rand chief prosecutor, and Lenasia
detective Moses Moshe Matsau are among
14 people linked to apparent false cases
opened against business rivals of a man
who ran a bakery. Together with Baba,
they face 42 charges, including
racketeering, corruption, defeating the
ends of justice, extortion, and
conspiracy to commit these offences.
Baba is due to appear again with his 14
co-accused on 30 March.

Court lack skills - Mogoeng

Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng has admitted that
the judiciary is not efficient and pleaded with
judicial officers to embrace quality and speedy
service delivery.
Mogoeng told magistrates attending the Judicial
Officers Association of South Africa (Joasa)
gala dinner at the Kopanong Conference Centre in
Benoni, east of Joburg, on Friday that he was
shocked at the level of inefficiency in the
judiciary.
Joasa, the representative body of magistrates,
held its annual general meeting this weekend.
“There are a number of factors influencing the
performance and under-performance of the
judiciary. The under-performance of one or two
courts undermines public confidence in the
entire court system.”
Mogoeng warned: “We can’t afford to be
associated with absenteeism, any form of
irresponsibility or dereliction of duty or poor
performance.”
He said court interpreters were poor and that
the judiciary should take over the interpreting
services from the Justice Department.
“People lose cases because of interpretation.
That is a serious problem,” he said. “I don’t
know who trains these people.”
Mogoeng also said the quality of police
investigations caused delays of cases in court.
He slammed cops who continued to investigate
cases when they were already in court.
According to Mogoeng, while judges and
magistrates were independent when it came to
taking decisions on cases before them, they were
not free to take as long as they wanted to
finalise cases and deliver reserved judgments.
“The South African judiciary will never be as
effective and efficient as it can be, for as
long as it is still not a single unified unit,”
Mogoeng said.
A single judiciary would mean one governance
framework for judges and magistrates,
application of a uniform complaint handling
mechanism and streamlining courts to establish a
unitary system.
Last year, some of the country’s more than 2 000
magistrates embarked on an unprecedented strike
over wages.
Mogoeng said magistrates’ dignity had to be
enhanced, and remuneration packages and
employment benefits should match their enormous
responsibilities.
“Significant improvement is required in the
provision of resources necessary to raise their
performance levels,” he said.
Mogoeng promised to work towards a salary
dispensation that reduced the salary gap between
judges and magistrates.
“I’m not running for any office, I’m not a
populist. I’m not saying things so that you can
clap hands,” he assured magistrates.
Earlier, Deputy Justice Minister John Jeffery
said it was not feasible to extend judges’
benefits to magistrates.
Magistrates earn between R700 000 and just above
R1 million a year based on seniority, while
judges are paid between R1.5m and R2.4m, in
Mogoeng’s case.
Judges are also guaranteed a salary for life,
which is not the case with magistrates.
“No country has an unlimited public purse,” he
said.
Jeffery urged magistrates to engage the
Independent Commission for the Remuneration of
Public Office Bearers rather than go on strike.
“Industrial action is improper, judicial
officers are not employees,” said Jeffery,
adding that magistrates’ demands had to be
resolved through positive engagement.
Jeffery pleaded with magistrates to improve
productivity of courts to eradicate backlogs.
He said average court times had dropped in
magistrate’s and high courts despite
administrative functions being removed from
judicial officers.
