Forging and issuing of permits to export weapons,
making up serial numbers for weapons and swopping the numbers on
the firearms registry, buying and selling stolen ammunition, and
selling customers second-hand weapons Detaining People
under False Charges, and theft of Money and House Hold
Goods.
Intimidating the public on false charges and threats of
arrest. Moonlighting with a second job as Debt Collectors or Bouncer's.,extorting bribes from the public
Raiding houses during the day and beating up the
owners and plundering their safes at
