At
12h36 a White Policeman gained entrance to the Complex with 2 Black
uniformed Policeman and
a van, and threatened to
arrest Margaret if she
did not sign certain
legal Documents. He
stated that he was a
Policeman from Sandton
Police Station but
refused to produce his
appointment Card, and
the two Black Officers
refused to produce their
Appointment Catrds or
give me their names. (

I have discovered that he was Chris Bornman from the Attorneys
Smit Sewgoolam Inc,12
Avonwold Road, Saxonwold,
Johannesburg.
He was acting on Instructions from the Body Corporate, and
Spammers, and was
instructed by Mrs Di Pithey, and Mr Matthew Morrison.
As Legal Wise had appointed attorneys on Record two weeks before in
writing to him , this
action is not only illegal, but criminal.
Legal wise have appointed a separate attorney to prepare the
Documents to the Law
Society, to have them both struck off the roll.
A separate case has been filed with SAPS for
impersonating a police
officer.
A Civil Case is being prepared against the Body Corporate, and the
Trustees for their
actions.

Former MTN SA boss Maanda
Manyatshe will square off in
court tomorrow against the
forensic auditor he hired to
defend him against allegations
of
fraud and corruption,
dating back to his tenure as CEO
of the South
African Post Office (SAPO).
Henderson Solutions CEO Bart
Henderson is suing Manyatshe for
R6.2 million, claiming
non-payment by the latter, after
spending two years as a key
strategist successfully clearing
the ex-MTN boss's name.
The lawsuit was
filed in late 2010, but
has been dogged by several
delays. Henderson's lawyer,
Louise Viljoen, says the parties
are finally set to argue
technicalities relating to the
claim tomorrow.
The matter will be heard in
the Western Cape, but
Manyatshe's lawyers are arguing
that it should be moved to
Johannesburg, as that is where
he is domiciled, says Viljoen.
The defence has also raised
issues with the claim, and
Viljoen explains that once the
technicalities have been ironed
out, a date for arguments on the
merits of the case can be set,
but this is not likely to happen
this year.
In court papers filed
earlier, Henderson details how
he was hired by Manyatshe in
2006, who was, at the time,
facing allegations of tender
irregularities to the amount of
R2 billion, levelled against him
by SAPO, of which he was CEO
until 2004. Manyatshe
subsequently took up the top
position at Africa's largest
cellular operator, but stepped
down two years later, amid the
accusations made against him by
his former employer.
SAPO also made similar
allegations against
architectural design agency
Vision Design House (VDH), which
received the tender to upgrade
various post office branches.
However, both Manyatshe and
VDH where cleared of any
wrongdoing, without ever facing
any charges in a court of law.
Manyatshe subsequently sued SAPO
for R270 million for
reputational damage.
Henderson argues he has not
been paid by Manyatshe, despite
an agreement that he would earn
10% of the settlement with SAPO.
Manyatshe settled for an
apology, which would only
entitle Henderson to “10% of
nothing”, a settlement Henderson
says he would never have
sanctioned.
The claim for R6.2 million is
based on the 450 days Henderson
spent clearing Manyatshe's name.
He also claims an alternative
amount of R5.4 million, which he
could have earned had he not
wasted the hours working on
Manyatshe's case.
Confidential
Meanwhile, Henderson has
publicly revealed that, during
his defence of Manyatshe, he
relied extensively on documents
supplied to him by Manyatshe,
which merits questioning the
source and origin of these
documents.
He says it must be questioned
who supplied Manyatshe with
confidential ministerial
documents, post office board
minutes, a ministerial
investigation draft and final
documents, copies of
confidential internal letters to
the SAPO board, internal
communiqués from the desk of the
minister of communications, and
internal letters from the desk
of the chairman of the post
office.
ITWeb is in possession of
copies of several of the
aforementioned documents, but
Manyatshe has refused to be
drawn on his sources, or the
potential implications of these
documents coming into his
possession.
In response to a list of
questions sent to him via his
lawyer, Manyatshe stated that
the current lawsuit and the
documents “have nothing to do
with each other”. He also
refused to make any comment
ahead of tomorrow's hearing.

January 2011in the back Boardroom of the
Charlotte Maxeke Hospital,
You will recall that you went to great lengths
to explain to us what a powerful man you were in
Gauteng and South Africa and cited the example

It was the most distasteful display of arrogance
that I had ever experienced at a meeting
anywhere in the World in my 45 years in the
engineering profession.

ranting and raving, which resulted in you
attacking our Professional Body and myself.
You were playing to your target audience of
Employees who sat around the table petrified of
you.
The attached article concerning the shambles
that you have placed South Africa in, confirms
my written comments to you on how you are
running the Department and that you should be
removed from your position.
We have received a large number of complaints
against your Department which will continue to
escalate.
We have been appointed to investigate the DID
and yourself
I hope you feel elevated by the shambles you
have caused to Doctors and Patients and staff at
the Hospital, and how much money you have wasted

descriptions were emailed to us by Ayesha Moosa
on three occasions ie 13th July
2011, 15th July 2011 and the 18th
July 2011.
We also refer to various other
telephone calls and emails between 13th
and the 28th July 2011 which are well
documented.
Based on the urgency of their
calls we sourced, interviewed and supplied
Ayesha Moosa with 3 CV’s of Engineers with
impeccable Credentials who could be placed at
Director level or above in any organisation.
To date we have received no
feedback or comment to the CV’s and it is clear
that Ayesha Moosa of Arup was fishing for CV’s
or collecting CV’s.
Ayesha Moosa and her colleague
Bongiwe need to be more Professional when
working in a HR department. and dealing with the
public. .
They also need to get a great
deal more experience in HR before any further
dealings with the public
We are disturbed by this
unprofessional behaviour as they are dealing
with a Professional Placement Company ( who have
been in business for 21 years ) and Professional
Engineers, who should be afforded the courtesy
of a response.
We are attaching our Invoice
No PEP 036/20/08/2011 for the amount of R
21,000-00 for work carried out ( wasted
costs ) which must be paid on presentation.
The fees bill remains unpaid.
In future any requests for
sourcing of staff must be accompanied by a
holding deposit.

Kaizer Chiefs boss Bobby Motaung
|
Johannesburg - While his team prepares to face
reigning champions Orlando Pirates this coming
Saturday, Kaizer Chiefs boss Bobby Motaung is
fighting his own battle in court.
Motaung will appear in the Nelspruit regional
court on Monday with five co-accused after being
arrested on additional charges relating to the
construction of the R1,2bn Mbombela Stadium.
On Friday, he, his business partner
Herbert Theledi, former chief
executive at Lefika Emerging Equity Chris Grib,
and lawyer Michael Romanos were each slapped
with new charges of fraud, corruption and
contravening the Municipal Finance Management
Act.
Motaung, Theledi and Grib had arrived at court
in the morning for a separate R143m fraud case
relating to the stadium, which was postponed to
April 22.
Motaung, Theledi and Grib were released on R15
000 bail. Romanos was released on warning.
On Monday, they will appear with two other
accused - former technical services manager in
the Ehlanzeni district municipality Tebogo
Kubeka and former Mbombela municipal manager
Jacob Dladla - who were arrested last year.
Hawks spokesperson Captain Paul Ramoloko told
journalists that more arrests were expected to
be made.
"This is just one part of a bigger fish. As the
investigation intensifies, more arrests are
looming. In the end, the public will know who
did what in the construction of the Mbombela
Stadium," said Ramoloko.
State Advocate Patrick Nkuna told the court on
Friday that the new charges involved the loss of
R920m and that the accused corruptly
collaborated to appoint company Basil Reed to
build the stadium.
They are accused of appointing a second bid
evaluation committee with Dladla’s help and
without the municipality’s knowledge.
Nkuna said the initial committee's
recommendations were ignored or sidelined.
"The then municipal manager, Mr Dladla,
illegally constructed a bid adjudication
committee, changed the chairperson of the
committee and replaced him with accused number
two in this case (Kubeka) and made the previous
chairperson a secretary," said Nkuna.
He claimed Romanos, as compliance officer,
submitted documents to Dladla knowing the
processes had been illegal.
He said all documents were kept at Lefika and
none bore the municipality’s logo.
He claimed the accused failed to disclose their
relationship with Basil Reed, which built Kaizer
Chiefs’ stadium.
