Complaint : HPCSA Rule 23  - Dr Weber Prosthesis Company and the failure of the HPCSA to take action.

I refer to my Complaint lodged with the HPCSA on the 22-10-2009 which has not been acted on by the HPCSA.

Dr France Weber, botched my hip replacement at the Sandton Medic Clinic.

It has come to our Notice while investigating the background to the Botched Hip Replacement, (4 operations at Sandton Clinic and a further 2 at Millpark to remove the infected hip ) that Dr Weber owns the Hip Prosthesis company , in violation of the HPCSA rule 23. ( attached )
