Woolworths seem to be
resorting to Blackmail
and have committed an act of fraud in writing a
letter to a client, using a company Nation-Wide
Recovery Services run from their offices, Box
Number and EMail Address.
The
Balance on my loan statement account on the 19th
September 2011 was R1246-10 which I paid up on
the 19th September 2011 and the
amount was Credited to my account the same
day leaving a balance of Nil.
On the 22 September 2011, I
applied for a further loan which was granted and
transferred to my Bank account the same day.
From the Woolworths Statement below it is
reflected as LOAN PAID OUT.
The first payment was
paid on the 1st November 2011 as per the
Statement ( 5 days early )
On the 29th October 2011, I
received a letter from Nation-Wide Recovery
Services ( a Woolworths Company ) which operates
from the Woolworths offices using the P.O. Box 5553, Cape Town, the same number which is
shown on the Woolworths Statement and operated
by a N Thomson and a D Reyneke ( Known
as Debt Collectors ), advising that I am
being reported in terms of Regulation 19 of the
National Credit Act 34 of 2005, for Non
Performance and that an adverse listing
reflecting ''A Default '' will be submitted to
the respective credit bureaus.''
David Susman -
Chairman of Woolworths, what kind of person
are you to send out such letters from your Debt
collecting Company run from your offices, Post
Box and email address
nationwide@wfs.co.za?
This is the deliberate
misrepresentation or perversion of the truth
which has resulted in prejudice actual or
potential to me.
Surely staff should be hired
for their competence and not because its
politically correct to deal with sensitive
issues such as these.
One shudders to think what
chaos your financial management must be in.
We demand a public apology to
be published at your expense on N & S and on
Sandton Business. We need a letter which
you will write to the NCR and a copy of their
reply for publication as well.
We are fining
Woolworths the sum of R 10,000-00 plus
costs and listing costs of R 7300-00 which will
be paid in 3 working days. from 1st November
2011.
Delisting costs will be in
the region of R 2800-00. + and Apology
Publication in the order of R 1800-00.
We need to stamp out the
Rubbish that has crept into Corporate South
Africa for the Country to go ahead.
