Sandton Have a no Care Attitude to their Patents and the Level of Medical Attention is nil.

Cross them and their lawyers will attack you. Cross their Doctors and you will Have a Firm of Pretoria Attorneys McRobert's on to you, and will Interdict you. See the Weber / Havenga Notice of Motion.

Dr. Weber has issued more Interdicts than any doctor in South Africa to silence People.

My experience at Sandton Clinic - The Doctors minds are not on their Patents.

My Doctor Frans Weber was more interested in acting as a Tour Guide for a vast number of Visitors ( Doctors and Travel Agents ) showing them around the facilities at the New Orthopaedic Wing at the Clinic trying to attract Dollar Patients to the Clinic.

He was Constantly being disturbed from people about his Multi Million Rand House he was Building at the Waterberg on his Game farm.

He was constantly being asked Business Information on his Medical Company, Delivery of items Prosthesis etc and in fact had no interest in his patients.( Rule 23 HPCSA )

The Hospital Management did not care about me while I was sitting at the Coffee Shop with Blood and Body Fluid running down my leg while trying to get somebody to help me.

Dr France Weber Conducts has Multi Billion Rand Business from his Surgery at Sandton Clinic, has the Business Fax Machine Installed in his Office and Lists one of his Postal addresses as that of the Sandton Clinic

They don't care what their Doctors do, as long as they make money from it.

Dr M.L.Roberts Sandton Clinic Pr No 0226750 Anaesthesiologist

Dr M.L.Roberts ( HPCSA Case No MP0484482/1236/2008 ) who is used by Dr France Weber and his son in law Dr e hired professional thugs who not only phoned me daily in hospital but sent SMS's to my cell phone demanding money on an account that had been paid. She then contacted: attorney number one a Mrs L. Silberman ( of Sandton ) and attorney number two L. Havenga of McRoberts ( of Pretoria ) ( letter claiming to be attorney on record ) who Instructed attorney number three a Gerrie Basson ( of Randburg ) to issue a summons although her account had been paid on time and in full into her Investec Bank Account, a year before. She issued a Summons with a false address for both herself and her attorney against me, causing me costs of thousands of Rands, only for her to withdraw the action and she refuses to tender wasted legal costs which is a requirement in terms of the Magistrates Court Act. SA Police Services and HPCSA have opened up a case against her. She has now disappeared and the HPCSA advise me that she is in KwaZulu Natal.
