Dr Weber and his Attorney L.Havenga How Unethical is this.

His Attorney is the Attorney of Four of the Doctors involved in the 6 Operation Hip Botch up. His Attorney is also the attorney of the Expert Witness, who was hires by the Plaintiff and was paid by the Plaintiff. Dr Weber as the Defendant Wrote the Report for the Expert Witness, and attached the views in a Joint Paper written by the Doctors Concerned. When you are Corrupt, you are Corrupt !

Thanks for Screwing up my life Dr Weber and Sandton Clinic.

I am a young 64 year old Professional Male who has to walk with a walking stick or a Crutch after 6 Operations, months in Hospital and 2 Hip Prosthesis Implants.

am in pain all the time.

I cannot sleep at night, and for the last three and a half years I leak / discharge all the time. The above pad is number 6473 ( Ref 2.7Mb 2012/07/16 09:56AM ) ( All the Pads are Documented Dated and Filed )

If you had given the care and attention you should have to your patients, instead of Running your Prosthesis Company from your surgery, kept your mind on your Patients instead of Building your House on your Game Farm in the Waterberg, and not acted as a tourist Guide for all the overseas visitors to the new Orthopaedic Wing I would have not been the position I am in today.

Thank you Sandton Clinic and Dr France Weber for screwing up my life

Dr Weber has a no care attitude to Rule 23 of the HPCSA Act. Don't Cross this Doctor as it will be to your peril. He runs a Multi Billion Rand Business from his surgery, while attending to his patients.

He has a bank of Legal Thugs who will attack you.

Prof Weber HPCSA Case No MP0107581/1626/2009 Medical Malpractice He Botched my Four Operations. I have issued a summons against him and reported him to the HPCSA. I had 6 Operations and the Wound still leaks, and I am in daily Pain.

Prof. Weber Botched my Hip Replacement at my first Operation resulting in me having a great deal of pain and discomfort for 2 years. He then removed the Hip prosthesis a ESOP which he sells from his own Company Barc Developments and runs from his house at 6 Pallinghurst Road Parktown ( phone numbers and Box numbers registered in his name ) and fitted a new Hip Prosthesis ( prosthesis number 2 ) also a ESOP. I had a large deal of pain and discomfort again, and am pleased to say that Dr Dymond Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Morningside Clinic fitted a new Prosthesis ( Prosthesis number three ) in March 2010. It is like being a new person. I only wish is that I have gone to Dr Dymond in the first place.

Dr Dymond is a Professional Doctor. Keep away from Dr Weber and Sandton Clinic.

Prof. Weber Botched my Hip Replacement Four years ago resulting in me having a great deal of pain and discomfort and I could not sleep a night. I cannot walk. He has had a no care attitude for 2 years. I am pleased to report that Dr Dymond will remove the Hip in the first week of October 2010.I will add to this report later.

Keep away from Sandton Clinic and Dr Weber.
