had to your profession
is unprofessional, in that on or about
the 21st November
2003, in respect of
(“your patient”) you:-
1.1 failed and/or
neglected to refer your patient for
counselling before
conducting her HIV test
status; and/or
1.2 failed and/or
neglected to obtain your patient’s
consent to conduct HIV test
on her.
