I refer to recent correspondence where I requested
urgent assistance in completing an Affidavit.
Matt ( no 7 ) responded immediately and gave me the
3 Original Copies I requested in my Professional
format. He knows what it means and acted
Professionally.
Two other units responded late with their own
creations which are totally useless.
I have been so careful, with pressure from Margaret,
to protect all residents in the Complex, but many of
you are involved and fail to realise the seriousness
of the Cases and that there is a possible claim
against the Body Corporate.
Two cases have already been filed against the Body
Corporate.
My Affidavit has been Professionally designed and
prepared in every respect, covering all aspects that
may arise and to answer all questions that may arise
in Court.
That is why I asked you to complete and sign the
Affidavit I sent in order to protect you and save
you the Inconvenience of Court appearances.
I am therefore left with no other alternative but
subpoena every resident of the complex to appear at
the three separate cases – The case against me at
the Alex Court ( a Hell Hole ) and the two cases in
the Randburg Court against my complainant.
I am meeting with the NPA on Friday to set things in
motion.

Charlotte Maxeke hospital converts coal-fired
boilers to natural gas boilers
In line with the Gauteng Provincial Government’s
commitment to invest
in infrastructure development in public
hospitals to realize its goal of improving the
effectiveness and efficiency of the healthcare
system, the Department of Infrastructure
Development (DID) has appointed TR Mechanicals
786 cc to convert aging coal-fired boilers to
environmentally-friendly natural gas boilers at
Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital.
TR Mechanicals 786 cc was appointed in January
2008 following an open tender process.
The contract with TR Mechanicals 786 cc includes
the design, supply and installation (turnkey) of
the boilers. The site was handed over to the
company on 7 February 2008, with four (4)
boilers to be converted. Currently three (3)
boilers have been completed. The fourth boiler
is expected to be completed by the end of this
year.
It has also come to the attention of DID that in
the course of the project, TR Mechanicals
subcontracted several companies, including
Combustion Technology (Pty) Limited, to
undertake some of the work. Some allegations of
fraud against Combustion Technology have been
reported to DID and the department is currently
investigating. As soon as the investigations are
concluded appropriation action will be taken,
depending on the outcome of the investigation.
Despite the challenges that have been
experienced during the implementation of the
project, particularly with regard to the
commissioning of diesel and gas connections,
there has been a tremendous improvement in the
supply of steam to the hospital. Since the
completion of the first boiler, there has never
been any shortage of steam.

BANK HEAD OFFICE IN PRETORIA UNLESS THE

PAYS FOR A SPECIAL CLEARANCE
I am a Client of Standard
Bank. I was treated like dirt by the teller and
the Team Leader Tellers Tendayi Nogemane when I
tried to Deposit a Cheque in case the Cheque
that I wanted to Deposit had been stolen.
I was told that I would
have to wait 14 days working days, however I was
informed that at my cost I could get a special
Clearance which would take 3 - 5 working days. (
Lets Screw the Client )
The reason given was that
they did not trust Government Bodies and that I
may have stolen the Cheque.
If Standard Bank, don't
trust their Client The S.A.P Post office, on
cheques issued by their Client and issued by the
Standard Bank, , involving Money in their
Standard Bank Account , Owned by the Post
Office, then get rid of your client and tell
them to take their Business to a Professional
Bank who would trust them as a Client.
A Business Manager by the
name of Felicity Cook also had a total no care
attitude to me and threatened to have me
arrested by her armed security guard, who tried
to attack me.
Standard bank is a
Bank with a no care attitude to South Africa,
and their White clients.
Keep away from the
Sunninghill Branch at The Square Shopping Centre
for your own safety as you could be beaten
up on the Instructions of Felicity Cook.
